ATT Agree's on Net Neutrality

Important items in the merger proposed by ATT Bell South is the idea that Net Neutrality will be maintained, a repatriation of jobs, along with service to low income and advanced video programming.
The merger states, "ATT BellSouth also commits that it will maintain a neutral network and neutral routing in its wire line broadband Internet access service". The agreement states they will not sell or provide special treatment for Internet content, applications, or to service providers, including those affiliated with ATT BellSouth.
This leaves the Internet Backbone free to exchange Internet packets.
ATT BellSouth is committed to "Repatriation of Jobs" to the United States. The company proposes providing high quality employment opportunities in the US by December 31, 2008. At least 200 of the jobs will be in New Orleans.
Also in the merger ATT BellSouth commitment to a Wireline Buildout Area to service 30 percent to rural areas or low income living units whose annual income is less than 35,000. On the high tech side of the merger ATT has in mind "advanced video programing services" to Uverse, IP platform, and Homezone which will integrate satellite and broadband services. The Company want to continue upgrading fiber optics to eventually reach 1.5 million consumers by next year.

We are just now starting to hear about what happened to Tower 7 on news channels. They are trying to ignore Tower 7 even happened. What happens when it is shown on Mass media outlet like Fox News? They start the interview by cutting off Professionals, Professors, working class people and those who witnessed the evidence. That makes me question the 5 companies who are in charge of providing all of us with "Free Media". This Hi-jacking of the "free media" is hindering America's from hearing what's really going on in America. These news media stations sway the pubic opinions. It is reckless and irresponsible. These news companies make intelligent people, acquired in their field, look ridiculous. It is absolutely slanderous, I'm asking that all you people wake up and do something about it. These web sites have a lot of great article on the mass media cover up and how they are determined to sway your opinion by telling their reporters to "Write what they are told", and if they don't write what they are told, they punish them by firing them and telling them they will never work again.

In Closing: I cannot fully share my Christmas spirit unless I share it with my family, friends, and associates, a note on my personal thoughts. I enjoy the look on children's faces when they open a gift. I enjoy my Aunt Linda Fudge. I don't hate christmas, nor do I want to ruin it for your familys. As an adoptive parent it's one of the smallest things I can do to enhance their lives. Remember what happened the last time Politicians started hearing things from God? Instead of just staying free and not buying a book, or maybe saying, "that book really sucked" these radicals approve banning and burning books; what's next hanging heretic's? Hey, if I don't say it will you ever hear it? My point is; We, The People and the constitution are suppose to influence Politicians opinion; they work for us, we elect them!
American's are forgetting how to read, how to complain, how to research and look any further than the Mass Media Outlet. I guess their evil plan is working. After that who knows maybe they'll have you "singing happy, happy joy, joy songs" just like Demolition Man, staring Westley Snipes and Sylvester Stallone.

Pheww! Holidays Continue Cost of Mother-hood

Sure wish they could outsource housewife's. Man, just got sat down after all the cooking, cleaning, games, toys, your stuff, my stuff, our stuff, etc. The referee comes into play. You all know how I feel about playing fair. It has to start in the home. I am a (ha), very patient person, so long as everyone plays fair, according to me. I guess, that's what I've been told. I take it into consideration. Some things in life can not be replaced or under estimated. My family, friends and world. Calgon, take me back to work!

Unfortunately we have to face a Presidential Funeral this year. My condolences goes out to President Ford's family and friends during these times.

In the opening of the report one can only guess the kinds of shoe shuffling it takes to run a country. Our politicians once danced for our entertainment. Now a real piece of work has been introduced to us, the American People. We know we need Bi-partisanship. We’ve been trying to tell you. The American People are not to be sold, bartered, or ignored. We come in every shape and size, smart, and not so smart. We aren’t looking for a pot of magic beans to rescue us. You sold it, and buyer beware! We bought the war hook, line and sinker. We are looking for a solution to withdraw peacefully and in the interest of the Iraqi people. I for one, do not want to leave the Iraqi people with no military force. I didn’t want to go into Iraq in the first place but since my time machine broke and “I told you so mentality won’t work, I guess we will have to find a solution together. Working together we can fix a mistake made by our administration, and given to us in a fear salad of sorts.
The military made a lot of mistakes when they went in, by leaving weapons unguarded and continuing to march on Bagdad. The choices were made by bad advisers. I see Rumsfeld’s hands all over that mistake. Going against the generals who had field experience. The book by Bob Woodward, State of Denial, hints Rumsfeld knew but decided early in his administration he didn’t want to work with the top brass. So, Rumsfeld took the route of employing a Quinn, a Junior Flag Officer to assist him in the decision making process. While Quinn was having the “Best time of his life”, according to Woodward’s book. Rumsfeld was only mocking the JFO, and the chain of command. Quinn really wanted the job. Rumsfeld needed a way out, a fall guy so to speak. When Marty Hoffman hands Quinn a paper telling to write a note to the Secretary of Defense then delivers the note to Rumsfeld. Rumsfeld remarked, “I can’t read this” Quinn was hired, and the war games began. Quinn sat in the office taking up space. He couldn’t make any decisions, in the words of the retired officers, and enlisted, Quinn being of high rank, couldn’t even scratch his (A$$) nose without being giving direct at ease order. Poor Quinn, he’s a victim. The administration had no interest in the opinion of the Military and were only interested in personal gain, making a buck on the oil in Iraq.
The current administration couldn’t motivate the UN. It wasn’t going to back the war, no matter what. So Bush blatantly transferred his aggressions to Iraq via the War on Terror. Which undoubtedly was over not long after it began. Remember he proudly flew onto the battleship and declared a victory. This outrages move on the part of the Commander in Chief was obvious to the troops, enlisted, or retired. The war had just begun. We were making progress. But the powers of Executive orders were too constrictive it wouldn’t cover issues needing a full on assault. Black op’s! Undercover missions, The cold war! Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld, knew they had to do something, and they had effectively cut off the military’s input, having free reign to do what they wanted to do. They forgot about the people, they forgot about the enlisted, and the officers. They were finally in command of the Chain of Command. The media ate it, and began serving leftovers to our great nation. Quinn left to work in his office, backed by a broken chain of command, sitting under the artistic works of “The Horse Holders, a framed picture of a civil war generals’ aides standing around holding the reins of their bosses’ horses“, says Bob Woodward. That says it all Bob. At the cost of our dignity, freedom, and reputation.
So, We know right off the start line the report cannot contain a magic solution. The Iraqi report opens up with these words “The situation in Iraq is grave and deteriorating”. How could we possibly misinterpret that candid response from the reporters of this study? We lived it. The whole story is coming to the light. We welcome the media’s responsible questions to the Commander in Chief. So in the interest of National Security, please ask daring questions. Drop the script, and just get in there and get dirty. That’s what freedom of the press is for. As a matter of fact, Our founding fathers, Bush and his cabinet would call terrorists today!

Watching Fox News Again Phfttt! Why do I force myself to watch this News Broadcast show? I appreciate the straight forward questioning on the part of some White House Reporters. Anyway! :) It's a shame to see your news agency still isn't learning, but we do have faith that you can still attain fair and balanced worth while News reporting. You are far to carried away with the Donalds' (Rosie, and Trump). We really don't want to watch the mud slinging, rumor spreading garbage. Your losing touch. I personally began watching you because you had news worthy of reporting; tho a bit bias . Now were ending up with this gossip. It's irritating

More often times than not, I'm drawn into the argument between you and your guests while you chase their information off the show. I'm trying to listen to their opinion, yet, you won't silence yourself long enough to listen to what they have to say, and above all, the children are learning how to bully other people preventing them from speaking their opinions. This is directly related to how news broadcasters threaten their guests. You are teaching intolerance. When you invited the Rabbi on, you should have allowed him the opportunity to voice his opinion with out interrupting his comments of Zionism. He was trying to make a point if you would of let him. I couldn't hear him because you kept interrupting him. How can I draw any conclusion from that? Bill O'reily recently told a guest that he had invited on his show for a second time so he just argue with him, again! Check it! That's the kind of sludge you want your news company to show. I'm getting disgusted. I don't know why I have faith. Maybe it's just Shepard Smith. He's really the only person on the Fox News Channel worth watching anymore! Hannity (thank God he's out of the country) Colmes, you are following in the footsteps of Hannity, so we don't have the opportunity to miss him, Thanks!

Come on guys! There is news worthy News out there! But you just Write What Your Told To! That's not ok. Step up to the plate and tell the truth. Show the true political views that American Citizens are really facing. Tell the stories that big brother has you too afraid to tell because you're going to get spanked or worse. Blow the lid off the news and bring real awareness to the nation and produce new worthy issues. Help be the solution not the problem. People only know what there told so tell the real truth you might be surprised at the results. I change the channel from time to time and see the other 4 companies you own just help spread the confusion and disorder through the country. So here is the real question , Do you have what it takes to be the True Blue American News Reporter and start the process of fixing the issues our Government is committing right now? Take our once great nation and make it great again! I'm watching. Someone has to keep them in check. News channels are out of control with the way you are reporting our nations affairs domestically and abroad. Foreigners hate Americans because of our Government not because of its Citizens! Honest Reporting will HELP !!!

Kudos to Senator Patrick Leahy. Leary gives avid readers a reason for a standing ovations. The Campaign for Reading Privacy have been at the ground level protecting freedom of privacy. This deals a big blow to the unfair Section 215 of the USA Patriot Act threatens the privacy of your bookstore and library records. Little by little, we are regaining ground by working together. Now more than ever is time to become involved. Continue to be aware of your rights, and continue to pressure your Senators and Congress to do what you want them too. He promises to continue to serve the American People interest.
This means alot to me as a new writer. I like having the right to write what I want to. I do the best I can, being as how I would like to see my dad reading my stuff some day. Police State or Just Bad Kids!

The Boston Globe reports Police are using photos, websites to identify rioters on December 20, 2006. They are trying to identify which students were involved with the riot. According to the Globe, Michael Gargano, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Campus Life alerted the parents of those allegedly involved with the protest. The protest started because of the increased Police presence on campus. A residential area of the campus is being monitored by state police after 1,800 alleged students of the campus rushed a residential area after a football game was lost.
The students are being monitored even though for alleged activities. They are confiscating camera’s and arresting students. I believe the students have the right to privacy in their dorms. They should be able to protest. The violence against the police is directly related to the Dogs and police state on campus. The mounting tension is based on the fact that the police are more concerned about their selves than students hurt during the same incident. “Police are looking for the worse offenders, particularly those who threw the items at the Police”. They admit they are concerned with the worse offenders. The ones who were trying to hurt the officers who were there to monitor the daily lives of the students. How could this go so wrong? Police seizing public camera’s, hunting people down on the internet who have video’s of the event. What are they looking for? Like a typical whiner, the Police Chief was concerned more about her uniform as it was “completely dirty and soaked” . She should be concerned the students rights are being violated, and it is the very root of the situation in UMASS. The students have a right to privacy in their homes. Tim Sullivan said “he was concerned that those who watched the riots and didn’t participate would be unduly punished”
I agree. The police are concerned about their men. They aren’t being accountable to the fact American’s are no accustom to being herded like sheep. We feel we have the right to protest a Police State. They are responsible because very few police officers are dedicated to raising the bar, and being the voice of reason. More and more, they feel protesters are a plaid onto society. They call out the dogs of their own son’s and daughters, and are directly responsible for upholding un-constitutional ideals. Freedom is what we are taught. Freedom is what we expect. A police state is illegal. Take them to court. That’s my opinion, and I’m sticking to it!

What Would Happen?

I've found a great place online a few years ago, and I thought someone might find this site useful http://www.care2.com/ They have both side of the platform. People can create their own petitons and I've joined with others who have my interests. It's my way of staying involved. Just thought I'd share!
All those crazy thought about going into your Community Center! Just forget I said all that. Ke, He, he! It won't work any way, and they will all laugh at you.
The majority of Americans don't feel there was any connection with the Twin Towers and President Bush. I have provided the video's, you make your own decision. I feel there's something funny in the town of Pokeno' but that's just my opinion. There are too many strange connections, the producers have summed up. I watched with American Intent, a sence of pride, my opinion couldn't be changed. I will research some of the facts. With the bigger picture in mind the lives at the Twin Towers. Some questions I had from the video were:

1. Why was Steven Forbes offices vacated 3 weeks prior to the event?
2. Why did maintenence personal feel blasts in the basement?
3. What happened to Tower 7? It didn't get directly hit, and it went down in the same fashion?
4. Why was Tower 7 evacuated weeks prior to the event?
5. Where is the Gold, from the Twin Towers?
6. Was there Asbestos in the building? I thought Asbestos was outlawed shortly after WWII?

How do we know?

Quantum Science is still a mystery. How can something as simple as flipping a coin determine our existence. It can’t silly! But the certainty the coin will land on heads or tails is supposedly 50/50. I’m here to argue that small insignificant fact. Because…I’ve personally seen a coin flipped not landing on either side while landing on a the third possibility perfectly balanced on its edge standing upright. While you scream, Impossible!!! I will lay it out for you. Given heads or tails, there is one obvious edge that’s so frequently ignored, yet left to be explored. When the fate of future science/religion is in jeopardy by those who refuse to entertain an ideal that is quickly transforming the thoughts and emotional states of people around the world, we need to investigate solely for our ingenuity, and existence.
As for the group, I see you’ve done your research, so I’ll let out a little more line, come on sink it you little fishy.
Or, think about it while I explain some more, something about the Chaos theory. On the surface yes, it looks great, kind of confusing,? Never mind, just an old joke of mine, that means you will never get it, but I have faith in you. While the teacher teaches; he learns how to deal with chaos on a daily basis. In scientific terms however, chaos as referred to the universe is the beginning of everything the unbounded formless matter before the dawn of everything. Yes, No, Does that mean it came before time itself? Who knows! According to Encarta Dictionary, regarding physics, chaos is just an “apparent disorder the unpredictability inherent in a system such as the weather, in which apparently random changes occur as a result of the system's extreme sensitivity to small differences in initial conditions” The word stems from Latin > Greek khaos, void, or abyss, which is where some of you are going if you don’t listen to your parents.
While reading or writing it’s always nice to stop those Chaotic thoughts running through your head so you can actually get some work done.
A movie titled “what the Hell do we know” is an international hit as described in Time Magazine “an odd hybrid of science documentary and spiritual revelation featuring a Greek chorus of PhDs and mystics talking about quantum physics." The movie obviously frightened a few critics when a lady swears off her anti-depressant medication after channeling the Atlantis Goddess Ramtha. First off, I’d like to swear in by saying it’s a movie. No more, no less! And if your reading this and think, quantum physics can keep you from an anti-depressant prescription your doctor prescribed, don’t do it. That’s a 50/50 coin flip. Some people liked the movie, some people didn’t. But does it make it for quantum nonsense. Most people aren’t as misguided as others would like while, some are more misguided than others. The idea, someone in a remote viewing lab can see what your writing, or even tell where another person is located just by embarking on their mind, is a reality that neatly fits into the scientific realm of quantum physics. Another reality is one possess a psychic ability and can kinetically move objects, is proven. Another proof to deal with is moving of objects from one controlled room to another controlled room without lifting a finger. I believe this generation is moving forward into the future without stepping out doors. Or, people like me, who know something without researching, and come up just as close as those who spend countless hours researching a source. I can read most people like a book. The eyes, are closely related to the soul. I can sense things in the universe because I am in tune with nature, and science. The gene has been handed down in our family. We are seekers of knowledge. If only on the basis to alleviate a confused vision. We do not need to know specifics, as they will work their selves out in time. Some like to call these feelings, gentle taps on the shoulder from their guardian Angel. While others call it a “Gut Feeling“. I know Quantum Physics will someday formulate a mathematical formula to figure out what seer’s have know for generations. I don’t need a pen to allow others to see me as I am. I need a pen to allow others a chance to change their perceptions outside the box of current affairs. The universe is made up of matter, that is certain. Matter makes up all of us. The spider who feels vibrations stays well fed. For a spider to ignore vibrations and continue to spin the web, as if the web is not designed for a specific purpose, is doomed.
Mysticism has a place in Physics, because it cannot be explained by any other certain terms. While Physics takes on the idea that everything is wrapped up in to a singular event, the M Theory, String Theory, etc, their mathematical formulations continue to fall short of the emotional embarking of people who feel scientist have corrected a injustice as it pertains to religion. Leaving a lot of room for the masses to be manipulated and quailed. It’s just a down right shame some Physics professors feel, an unfortunate and unforeseen exploitation of their science is in need of some good disciplined. Another note for backwards thinking minds. Explaining the Singular as if you understood it to begin with. You have unleashed a Pandora’s box. Welcome the new knowledge you gain. Throw out what’s not seen, and you could be throwing out the most important aspect: Dark Matter! You know it’s there, it what binds all else to a predictable science.
Looks like the coin has landed on it’s side- one chalked up for quantum science. It’s not the students fault, that while teaching a subject, the learned becomes the learner. Being left behind in the stardust of a moving mind. Rapidly filling in the dark matter. And in closing let us not forget the famous Bohr’s efforts of the observer, or Neumann’s encounter with predictability, along with many other great minds the common observer is laying waste to the boundaries of old scientific notions. There are great computer program writers , filling in the voids of dark matter that makes the universe go round. So, who’s to say? And How do we know? I know because I am the coin that has landed perfectly on it’s edge, that’s why my point is so loosely taken. If left alone, it can balance quite well, for long periods of time. The strains of the constant flipping are wearing you out. Take A edge and Relax!!! The idea that a coin can land on its edge opens a third possibility to all things, which need to be explored although not as frequent, it still exists in random chance.

Have we used time as a couch? Have we sat back and watched our country waste away? Have we watched the tide of events sweep over and beyond us? Can we afford to wait any longer?

Given the benefit of the doubt, and with the use of a time machine, we could prevent further damage to our reputation as Americans.

Americans have been sitting on their backsides far too long. We watch the current President stripping away our personal freedoms while still others, cower because of fear. That's right American! You refuse to say anything, you don't want to step on any ones toes, you are giving up your rights by non-action.

You are responsible for watching our country waste away. Although Republicans, and Democrats sent a message by voting in change this election year. Neither party fully satisfy the Progressive Agenda of Current American Values. We are over taxed, over worked, and under paid. Raise minimun wage say you? Right! I'm sure your make those small business folks really happy. Most Younger Americans feel the fast lane should be designated for those who have two or more jobs. Time is not on our side any longer. We need to pressure this new government to seek the truth. We need to lay it on the table. Why did President Bush really turn the tides from September 11, 2001 from Afghanistan, to Iraq. Why didn't any other media follow up on American Spy Planes that Flew over Iraq three weeks after President Bush took office, months prior to 9/11/01? How much has President Bush profited from this war? How much have the people of America Lost in this war?

What would JFK have to say? Why did he have to leave us? What can we do to regain the ground that has been taken? Will we ever impeach President Bush And Vice President Chaney?
