We have made notifications and haven’t heard any response to alleviate our pleas and stresses. We feel justified, in asking for finalization in accordance with our rights. We have lineage, and bloodlines at stake, with other sensitive issues surrounding this case. We have also acknowledged ourselves as Blackfoot in the beginning of this case. A nation of patients and willing to share our knowledge but never assimilate to failed laws.
We have attempted to perform our duties, and writ regarding changes we could have prevented to avoid this issue written by Our Own Hands.
However, we have not to this day been able to avoid litigations on this matter.
We ask for our rights and they are discarded just like the rules they broke, without any justification to us as individuals prior to delegated though our judicial system as Americans.
We have been left with more question than answers, however as they pertain to this case they are as followed:
What date did the case plan change?
Was there a notification of change in case plan?
Our honest question were deemed as threats, and were treated as such.
Where is departmental accountability?
Where is the peoples burden of proof?
How has any of these CCSW gained status with obvious failures in this case towards family rights.

WE DEMAND JUSTICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY AND EDUCATED CCSW WORKERS

MORE OVERSIGHT AND MORE EDUCATED STAFF
ALLOW THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN EACH CASE TO COME FORWARD WITH TESTIMONY AGAINST THIS DEPARTMENT FOR IT’S UNJUST ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO AID IN CHANGES; AS IT IS NOW THE DUTIES OF THE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH MY MANDATES AND AUTHORIZED DUTIES AS SUCH I MUST CONTINUE TO DO JUSTICE TO ALL WIC 300 CASES DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY UNQUALIFIED WORKERS LEAVING MILLIONS OF AMERICANS BEHIND BY LACK OF ABOVE TOWARDS IT’S CLIENTS, WITH NO REGARDS TO POLICIES, PROCEDURES, MANDATES,
WHILE BRINGING THIS BEFORE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, WE CAN ALLIVEATE ADDITIONAL STREESSES TO OUR NATION BY DECREASING STAFF AS A NEW COMMITTEE SHALL BE FORMED AS THIS JUDICIAL COMMITTEE SEE’S FIT.
LIBERTY IS ON THE MARCH, AND WHILE TIMES HAVE CHANGED, LAWS HAVE NOT, AND AS SUCH, IT IS OUR DUTY TO POINT OUT UNJUST OLD SYSTEMS WHICH PROPOSE TO JOIN ALL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, WHILE IGNORING OTHER MORE INPORTANT ASPECTS OF THE AMERICAN DREAM.
I PROPSED TO ADDRESS THE PUBLIC FORUM AND ALLEVIATE ANGRY MASSES WHO HAVE PITCHFOLKS READY AND ASSIST THEM TO UTILIZE PLANS WE MUST MANDATE TO CLEAN UP 40 YEARS OF GROTESQUE CRIMES AGAINST OUR UNION, AND THE FEAR THAT IS RAMPENT IN AMERICA.
